Organisational Development

The purpose of the Organisational Development function in the Human Resources Division is to design and facilitate the implementation of organisational development interventions to enhance organisational improvement.
Current organisational development activities include performance evaluation, organizational values, change management, succession planning, process analysis and teambuilding.
